Be a Peacekeeper: "Do No Harm"

Today is Gandhi's birthday and in 2007, the United Nations declared October 2nd "International Day of Non-Violence". Do something to create peace for yourselves and as importantly, create peace for others today. These "peacekeeper" roses are for all of you...

We may never be strong enough to be entirely nonviolent in thought, word and deed. But we must keep nonviolence as our goal and make strong progress towards it.


For dinner tonight, you may want to go to Whole Foods (there is one near all of you I think) and grab one of their fabulous lentil/barley veggie burgers or make up any of the many peaceful, "do no harm"  plant-based, vegetarian recipes on this blog. Gaze into your own beautiful sunset or the ones I have posted pictures of, listen to the sounds of nature and Peace Out xoxoo.
