"By the sea, By the Sea, By the Beautiful Sea..."
You pick which one. They all deserve a toast. I found this recipe in an old issue of Coastal Living...truly my dream mag and because I am now on the East Coast, I thought it a very good glass to raise. For those of you still inland, a salute to any waterway will work. And if margaritas are your thing, you have met your match in this website:

With over 100 recipes to choose from, you could toast every little drop of water you've ever dipped your pinkie into! Happy Thursday!
Coastal Margarita
Margarita or kosher salt, optional*
lime wedges
2 tablespoons tequila
2 tablespoons orange liqueur
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (use Key limes if you can find them)
1 teaspoon agave nectar
Pour salt in a shallow dish, if using. Rub rim of a chilled margarita glass with a lime wedge and ip rim in salt.
Fill cocktail shaker half full with ice. Add tequila and next 3 ingredients. Cover with lid and shake until thoroughly chilled. Strain into prepared glass. Serves 1 and is a "4" out of five in zip!
*You do not have to salt the rim. Purists don't. They feel it hides an inferior tequila.
